Declaration of Birth:

Embracing God’s Gift of Life

We Believe:

1. God as the Author of Life
We believe that God is the Creator and Sustainer of all life (Genesis 1:27, Psalm 139:13-16). Each life, from conception onward, is a sacred gift, fearfully and wonderfully made in His image.

2. Birth as a Holy and God-Ordained Process
We affirm that childbirth is a God-designed, natural process, and we seek to honor His wisdom in the way He has created women’s bodies to bring forth life (Genesis 3:16, John 16:21). We encourage an approach to birth that aligns with faith, trust, and surrender to God’s design.

3. The Presence and Power of God in Birth
We acknowledge that the presence of the Holy Spirit brings peace, strength, and wisdom in the birthing process. We commit to creating a Christ-centered atmosphere where prayer, worship, and Scripture can be integrated into labor and birth (Isaiah 41:10, Philippians 4:6-7).

4. Motherhood as a Divine Calling
We believe that motherhood is a sacred calling and that God has entrusted women with the ability to nurture and bring forth life. We commit to upholding and supporting mothers in their journey of pregnancy, birth, and beyond (Proverbs 31:25-28, 1 Timothy 2:15).

5. The Role of Community and Support
We recognize the importance of biblical community in supporting and uplifting one another. We strive to foster an environment where women, families, and birth professionals can find encouragement, wisdom, and practical support rooted in Christian faith (Galatians 6:2, 1 Thessalonians 5:11).

6. The Sanctity of Marriage and Family
We uphold God’s design for marriage and family as the foundation for raising children in love and faith (Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 6:1-4). We encourage husbands and family members to take an active, loving role in the birth and raising of their children.

7. God’s Healing and Redemption in Birth
We believe that through Christ, birth can be a redemptive and healing experience, both physically and spiritually. Even in times of difficulty or loss, we trust in God’s sovereignty, love, and plan for each mother and baby (Romans 8:28, 2 Corinthians 12:9-10).

8. Faith Over Fear
We reject fear and anxiety concerning birth, choosing instead to stand on God’s promises, knowing that He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We commit to faith-filled preparation, education, and prayer as we embrace God’s plan for birth.

Our Commitment:
As a collective, we dedicate ourselves to serving mothers and families with grace, love, and biblical wisdom. We seek to be the hands and feet of Christ, offering guidance, encouragement, and support through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. May all we do glorify God and point to His love and faithfulness.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Declaration of Faith:

Upholding the Inerrant Word of God

Scripture as Sole Authority
We affirm that the Bible—the complete collection of the Old and New Testaments—is the inspired, inerrant, and final Word of God. No other book, revelation, or source holds authoritative truth for our faith or practice.

The Triune Nature of God
We believe in one eternal God who exists in three distinct, co-equal persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. This mystery of the Trinity is central to our faith, and we reject any doctrine that divides the Godhead into separate gods or suggests additional divine beings.

The Person and Work of Jesus Christ
We declare that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God—fully God and fully man—born of the Virgin Mary without sin. His life was marked by perfect obedience, and His sacrificial death on the cross was a substitutionary atonement for the sins of humanity. His bodily resurrection on the third day confirms His victory over sin and death, providing the only basis for our salvation.

Salvation by Grace Through Faith Alone
We believe that salvation is entirely the work of God’s grace. It is received solely through faith in Jesus Christ—not by human effort, works, or merit. Any teaching that adds to or alters this biblical truth is contrary to the Gospel.

The Role of the Holy Spirit
We affirm that the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity, indwells every true believer. The Spirit convicts, teaches, and empowers us to live a life that honors God, transforming us into the likeness of Christ.

Humanity and the Need for Redemption
We maintain that all human beings are created in the image of God but have fallen into sin, thereby alienating themselves from Him. Only through the redemptive work of Christ can this broken relationship be restored.

Disagreement with Additional Revelations
We firmly disagree with any claims of extra-biblical revelations or additional scriptures—including texts such as the Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants, or Pearl of Great Price—as sources of divine truth. Our confession of faith is based solely on the canonical Bible.

Eschatological Hope
We believe in the promised, personal, and bodily return of Jesus Christ. This return will usher in the resurrection of the dead, the final judgment, and the eternal destinies of believers and unbelievers—eternal fellowship with God for the redeemed, and eternal separation for those who reject His grace.
