I am a Mama of 7 awesome children and am married to an awesome man. I love gardening, spending time in nature and hanging out with my family and 3 rescue dogs. I have always leaned towards the natural side of life and that included birth. I had most of my children at home and I remember my midwife telling me all the benefits of my placenta as she tossed a big piece into the shake she made me shortly after I gave birth and handed it to me! I am very glad that I have dehydrators and an encapsulator to give Mom’s the post partum support that their placenta provides in a less dramatic way (LOL). I also make an organic nipple butter, placenta salve, tinctures and sitz baths. God is at the center of my business and is named Heaven Sent, since I believe God’s medicine is created from the goodness that He has given us.

I’m Dr. Kristin Johnson, owner of R3 Mobile Physical Therapy. I’m a mobile, holistic pelvic floor and orthopedic PT. I specialize in the pregnancy, postpartum, and all-of-motherhood population with concerns like core, low back pain, bladder leakage, heaviness, round ligament pain, and postpartum rehab for csection. My favorite thing is teaching moms about their body so they have an understanding for the rest of their life. I love showing how everything in the body is connected. I'm Carol Kidd, IBCLC. I've been helping mothers and babies breastfeed for over 25 years. It's what I'm called to do. Breastfeeding is God's beautiful design. We still don't understand all that it is, but He does. I employ all my knowledge and experience as well as prayer to get to the bottom of breastfeeding issues, from simple to very complex, in order to empower mothers to do what they instinctively want to do. My colleague, Lilli Moody, has joined the practice last year. She sees mothers and babies in the Prescott/Prescott Valley area. I'm thrilled to have her younger energy and fresh perspective!
